Electric Concrete Breakers - Any Advice?

Bosch Brute Concrete Breaker

Let's face it; demoing out concrete to do a repair is no fun. If it happens to be a sidewalk repair that includes a curb, it's really no fun. I would know; I just did it this summer. But when all is said and done, it really wasn't that bad because I had the right tools.

The main piece of equipment that turned this from a whole day project into and afternoon project was the breaker. I used a Bosch Brute. This is a light-weight, (43 lb) breaker that comes with its own cart for transporting it easily. It's an electric unit that's just the right size for small to medium projects. After using the unit, I nominated it to the Rental shelf for Cart-Away Supply. However, I recently came across an article that tested a number of electric concrete breakers.

Have any of you tried these units and if so, what advice can you give?
